I have to apologize for such a late of your latest submissions, but I couldn't let myself fav them without leaving one of my infamous comments, lol. It's been a long last couple of months so I feel it's high time I left you one since it's been quite a long time since my last.
Of the 4 that you submitted, I liked this one the best, though the others are also quite beautiful and fascinating in their own way. The color is what captivated me here at first. I've never seen a cowslip before so this was more than just artistic, but visually informative for me as well. Something I'm sure was unintentional but fascinating for me all the same. The way the marble is formed, it's interesting to be able to look through it and clearly see where the images map out along the other side of the sphere itself without diluting the wisps and darts of color captured within. From a whimsical standpoint, this makes me think of the Disney movie Fantasia where the fairies all begin as darting bits of light and color before you see what they truly are, dancing and leaping from flower to leaf and back again, changing everything with a single touch. This marble of yours in my eyes has captured and captivated me with the same magic as those fairies did the first time I saw them.
This is a truly beautiful piece and shame on you for thinking it wouldn't be interesting.
